PICKLEBALL REHAB & PERFORMANCE
Whether you're experiencing some minor aches and pains playing pickleball or looking to improve your performance and take your game to the next level, our Pickleball Fitness Program is for you! The program consists of a comprehensive movement assessment specific to racquet sports like pickleball and tennis to highlight any physical deficits that may be limiting your maximum potential. Subsequent training can be performed in-person or through virtual programming and coaching. Training is focused on addressing any physical limitations that can specifically impact your ability to play pickleball effectively including deficits in strength, mobility/flexibility, balance, endurance, agility and coordination.
Our goal for all of our clients is to "Move Better, Feel Better, Live Better," but for pickleballers, our performance program aims to add "Play Better and Dink Better!"
